作品の注目ポイント
昭和の時代から取り残されたような居酒屋、岸田屋さん。野良猫ちゃんと懐かしい人形をいっしょに描いてみました。とても人気のお店で、夕方になると、絵の中でお人形が座っている椅子にたくさんのお客さんが順番待ちで並びます。
Kishidaya is an izakaya that seems to have been left behind from the Showa era. I painted it together with two little stray cats and a nostalgic doll. It’s a very popular place, and every evening, a long line of customers waits their turn on stools just like the one where the doll sits in the painting.
アーティストになった理由
美大を卒業後、美術とは離れた仕事をしていましたが、2008年よりデジタルで絵を描くなど活動を再開いたしました。
アクリル画から、最近は大学時代には描いたことのなかった油彩を主に描いています。
After graduating from art university, I worked in a field unrelated to art. In 2008, I returned to making art, starting with digital illustration.
I began with acrylics, and these days I work mainly in oil, a medium I never used during my university years.
