書道歴30年以上。
書道展や社中展に出品し、伝統的な古典の学びも大切にしながら、作品を作り続けています。
Over 30 years of calligraphy experience.
I exhibit at calligraphy exhibitions and group shows, continuing to create works while also valuing the study of traditional classics.
作品の注目ポイント
墨で描く、一杯の余韻。
一見、文字には見えない。
けれど、目を凝らすと、そこに「珈琲」の二文字が浮かび上がる。
紙面いっぱいに広がる墨の黒。
その中に、光を受けて浮かび上がる余白の白。
筆の躍動、墨の濃淡、かすれが生み出す表情は
立ちのぼる湯気や、ふわりと広がる香りを思わせます。
表現したのは、珈琲そのものではなく、
カップの中を覗き込んだときに広がる情景。
朝の目覚めに。
午後のひと休みに。
食後のひとときや、一日の終わりの気分転換に。
ブラックのまま味わう日もあれば、
甘い菓子を添える日もある。
砂糖とミルクを加え、いつもより甘く楽しむ日も。
一杯の珈琲が、日々のささやかな時間に寄り添うように。
この作品もまた、暮らしの中でふと目に留まり、
心をほどく存在になればと思います。
白いマットはカップやその周囲に広がる空間をイメージ。
作品を浮かせるように仕立てることで、
墨の表情と余白が際立ち、紙面に奥行きが生まれます。
フレームには、珈琲を思わせる深みのある色を選びました。
右下の余白に添えた赤い印が画面に響きをもたらします。
飲むたびに、少し気持ちが整う。
眺めるたびに、いつもの時間が少し豊かになる。
毎日欠かさず味わいたくなる珈琲のように。
日々の暮らしに、自然と馴染む一作としてお楽しみください。

Coffee
The lingering aftertaste of a cup of coffee, rendered in ink.
At first glance, it doesn’t look like writing.
But if you look closely, the two characters for 「coffee」 emerge.
The black of the ink spreads across the entire page.
Within it, the white of the blank space glows as it catches the light.
The dynamic brushstrokes, the varying shades of ink, and the subtle smudges create an expression
that evokes the rising steam and the aroma wafting gently through the air.
What I’ve depicted isn’t coffee itself,
but the scene that unfolds when you peer into the cup.
To wake you up in the morning.
For an afternoon break.
For a moment after a meal, or as a change of pace at the end of the day.
Some days you savor it black,
other days you pair it with a sweet treat.
And some days, you add sugar and milk to enjoy it a little sweeter than usual.
May a single cup of coffee accompany you during life’s small, quiet moments.
I hope this piece, too, will catch your eye unexpectedly in daily life
and serve as a source of comfort.
The white mat evokes the cup and the space surrounding it.
By mounting the piece so it appears to float,
the texture of the ink and the negative space stand out, creating depth on the page.
For the frame, I chose a deep color reminiscent of coffee.
The red mark added to the blank space in the lower right corner brings resonance to the composition.
With every sip, your mind finds a little peace.
With every glance, your everyday moments become a little richer.
Just like the coffee you’ll want to savor every single day.

メッセージ
書は、ただ文字を書く行為ではなく、言葉に宿る時間や記憶を、線として定着させる仕事だと考えています。
造語作品では特に、意味・響き・視覚的余白のバランスが整うまで、構想と書き込みを何度も重ねます。
一作に要する時間は、数ヵ月に及ぶことも珍しくありません。
価格は、紙や表具といった素材費ではなく、完成に至るまでに費やした時間と思考、そして一点ものとしての必然性を含めて設定しています。
手に取ってくださる方の人生の一部として、長く寄り添う作品であることを願い、制作しています。
Calligraphy is not merely the act of writing characters; I consider it the work of fixing the time and memories inherent in words as lines.
For neologism works in particular, I repeatedly refine the concept and write it out until the balance of meaning, sound, and visual space is achieved.
It is not uncommon for a single piece to take several months to complete.
The price is set not based on material costs like paper or mounting, but includes the time and thought invested until completion, as well as the inherent necessity of each piece being one-of-a-kind.
I create these works hoping they will become a part of the life of the person who holds them, pieces that will accompany them for a long time.
